The resistance band set Tunturi Textil Resistance Band (14TUSYO065) consists of three environmentally-friendly textile resistance bands. Training with resistance bands supports mobility and strength development, or the bands can be used for rehabilitation purposes.
Tunturi exercise bands are made from high-quality, robust and environmentally-friendly fabric. The fabric used is a blend of cotton, polyester, elastic fabric and soft, non-slip materials. This means the bands won't cut the skin, slip or curl.
As resistance is progressive, textile gymnastic bands can be combined to increase total resistance. This influences the intensity and degree of difficulty of the workout.
The color indicates the respective strength of the band, yellow signifying light resistance (4-6 kg), green medium resistance (7-10 kg) and blue strong resistance (11-14 kg). The width of the fitness bands is 5.8 cm.
