The Tunturi wrist weight cuffs (14TUSFU003) are extremely practical and easy to wear. They act as arm weights and feature a practical thumb hole and Velcro fastening, which prevents them from slipping, making them suitable for jogging too.

The outer material of these weight cuffs is soft but strong nylon jersey. Available in pairs and in different weights.
