RK-1 Plus: Knee support for running: prevention of windshield wiper syndrome (TFL)
The Rk-1 Plus can be used to relieve pain on the inside of the knee.
By re-aligning the leg with its spiral strap, the RK-1 Plus limits the friction of the iliotibial band on the outside of the knee, thus relieving pain.
