Because at Decathlon we take your opinions and feedback into account, our teams have worked long and hard to improve the rubber of our soles, as well as their studs. As a result, this new sole provides excellent grip, even on wet or slippery rock.

Thanks to you, this new MT3 also gains in flexibility: the sole incorporates recessed rubber zones between each stud. More flexible, it gives your run more fluidity and a better foot roll. You can now free your stride in fast sections without feeling compressed.

The mid-foot section of the sole has been widened for even greater stability.

Because every stride is different, we at Decathlon have developed the K-Only concept. Thanks to the presence of a denser foam under the first metatarsal, our running shoes are perfectly suited to every stride, reducing the risk of injury.
Less drop for a more natural stride
In this new version of our trail shoe, we have adjusted the drop to 8 mm. This height is perfectly suited to your daily outings as well as your ultra-long distances, thanks to a more natural stride.

That's why the M2's laces are designed to be flat and flexible, so they stay perfectly tied.
