The MT3 running shoe has been designed to accompany you over all trail distances. At ease from the first kilometer to the end of your ultras, Thierry, our Kalenji product manager, likes to call it the "trail runner". Because at Decathlon we take your opinions and feedback into account, our teams have worked long and hard to improve the rubber of our soles, as well as their studs. As a result, this new sole provides excellent grip, even on wet or slippery rock.

Thanks to you, this new MT3 also gains in flexibility: the sole incorporates recessed rubber zones between each stud. More flexible, it gives your run more fluidity and a better foot roll. You can now free your stride in fast sections without feeling compressed.

Confidence in your pair of trail running shoes is essential for optimum performance and maximum enjoyment of every outing. The MT3 is the perfect trail shoe, ideal for all types of terrain and all types of weather. The stone guard protects you from the impact of stones at the front and sides, for optimum safety. The mid-foot section of the sole has been widened for even greater stability.
The right shoe for your stride
Because every stride is different, we at Decathlon have developed the K-Only concept. Thanks to the presence of a denser foam under the first metatarsal, our running shoes are perfectly suited to every stride, reducing the risk of injury.
Less drop for a more natural stride
In this new version of our trail shoe, we have adjusted the drop to 8 mm. This height is perfectly suited to your daily outings as well as your ultra-long distances, thanks to a more natural stride.

Apart from the annoyance of laces coming undone in the middle of a trail, this also represents an increased risk of falling. That's why the M2's laces are designed to be flat and flexible, so they stay perfectly tied. The lace pocket lets you stow them away, giving you the luxury of forgetting about them throughout your session.

To optimize your stride and feel good in your sneakers, choosing the right size of trail shoe is essential for safe running. So, when you try them on, check the position of your foot and don't hesitate to jog in them to see how your foot reacts.
