How to prepare your MUSCLE GAINER?
Mix 250 ml of water with 4 spoonfuls (100 g) in a shaker fitted with a sieve.
Blend for 30 seconds and enjoy.
We recommend using water at a moderate temperature, and avoiding mixing your powder with hot water.
For a smoother drink, you can mix your GAINER with 250 ml of animal or vegetable milk, according to your taste.
Directions for use
