WHY WORK ON MUSCLE TONING?
Toning exercises help to overcome the various weaknesses in your body's muscles. Using body-weight or light resistance exercises, you work on strengthening the muscles in a specific area. Toning, or muscle strengthening, is also an excellent physical preparation exercise to complement your sporting activity. You'll accelerate your progress and boost your performance.
USE WATER RESISTANCE TO FIRM AND TONE YOUR BODY
The Pullpush flower allows you to work on strengthening your muscles thanks to a large plastic support surface surrounding your wrists. This surface increases the water's resistance to your submerged movements.
Ideal for static exercises, it engages your muscles for an energetic, dynamic workout. Depending on the inclination of your grip, you can accentuate the muscular strengthening of different parts of the body.
WHY PRACTICE AQUAGYM OR AQUAFTINESS?

THE POSITION TO ADOPT FOR THE EXERCISES AND SOME EXAMPLES OF EXERCISES BELOW
With your back straight, feet planted firmly on the ground and knees slightly bent, you're ready to get started!
EXERCISE NO.1: BUILD MUSCLE IN YOUR SHOULDERS AND ARMS
> Adopt the basic position
> With your elbows semi-flexed, place your hands on the Pullpush Flower handle, spreading your arms to either side of your body, and perform a breaststroke movement, alternating between one arm and the other.
> Bring the Pullpush Flower towards you and repeat!
EXERCISE N°2: STRENGTHEN YOUR BACK, SHOULDERS AND ARMS
> Adopt the basic position
> Bend at the elbows, then extend your arm in a crossed fashion facing you, link one arm then the other and repeat!
EXERCISE N°3: STRENGTHEN YOUR SHOULDERS AND ARMS AND GIRDLE YOUR ABDOMINAL MUSCLES
> Adopt the basic position
> Bend your elbows along your torso, position the Flower Pull-Push facing you, stretch your arms alternately and crosswise from left to right, rotating your torso to either side, and repeat!
