TECHNICAL INFORMATION

Slippers

The SCD 900 OH fin liner has been developed for use with neoprene boots only.
The X-shaped extra thickness on the top of the liner ensures good foot support and transmission of the energy developed by the legs when swimming.

Canopy

Two-material canopy with 2 different hardnesses.
Use of a softer material on the 3 channels to maximize canopy deployment and increase thrust.
Strong, thick side ribs transmit muscle power along the entire length of the canopy.

Easy to put on / foot support

Natural rubber and polyamide elastic straps for a perfect fit.

Size S (36-39) = 20 cm
Size M (40-43) = 22 cm
Size L (44-47) = 24 cm

Sold with 2 "reducers" to adjust the strap to the ideal length for optimum comfort.

Stability

The ribs and lateral fins ensure excellent fin stability, whatever the finning style (classic, scissor or frog-kick).

Sole

The entire area under the foot is grooved and made of soft material to limit slipping on boat decks.
Size markings are made extra thick with soft material for easy reading.

TESTS

Designed using our "fin robot", which enables us to test and measure the propulsion returned and the energy supplied by the diver. From this, we deduce the fin's efficiency. This robot enables us to correlate our sensations in use with a scientific measurement.

Tested in use by our teams and our technical partner in Hendaye (France).

Approved by

Our technical partner: Planet Ocean (5-star PADI diving center) based at the Water Sports Center by DECATHLON in Hendaye, France. The center uses SUBEA equipment all year round.
The team of instructors plays an active role in the development of SUBEA diving products: from design with the SUBEA team (product manager, designers and engineers), to long-term wear tests with the help of the center's divers (from beginners to instructors in training all year round).

Rinse with clean water after use. Leave to dry in a dry, well-ventilated place.
