Suspenders

If you'd like more support on the shoulders, you'll find loops on the inside of the waistband to add suspenders. Straps are available on our site under item no. 8751391.

How is comfort temperature measured?

We test each of our products in the laboratory to give you an indicative comfort value. This is measured without tights for pants. The measurement indicated is that of the outside temperature at which the testers felt neither hot nor cold. Of course, this feeling differs according to the intensity of the activity, but also according to each individual's metabolism.

This product is repairable

During the warranty period, we will repair your product free of charge. Whether it's snags, seams, zips, ... These solutions will be offered to you in your usual store. If, however, we are unable to repair your product (production defect), you can exchange it or have it refunded.

How do I wash my ski pants?

To optimize the performance and durability of your ski pants, we recommend:
* Machine wash at 30°, synthetic program.
* Turn the product inside out.
* Use very little detergent. Do not use fabric softener.
* Spin between 800 and 1200 rpm recommended.
* Dry flat or in tumble dryer.
Do not dry clean. Do not place on a radiator.

How is fabric waterproofness measured?

The resistance of a fabric to water pressure is measured in mm water column (test based on ISO 811). The higher the pressure, the more waterproof the fabric. The fabric of these pants, with a waterproof rating of 10000mm, is therefore resistant to the pressure exerted by 10000mm of water.
For skiing, we recommend fabrics ranging from 3000mm to 20000mm.

How is waterproofness measured?

To go beyond a simple component waterproofing value, at Decathlon we test all our waterproof products in the laboratory. How is this test carried out? We have an articulated dummy on which we put the jacket, and which then spends a few hours under a shower.
With this test, we can affirm that the jacket protects you from snowfall or a thunderstorm, i.e. 18cm of rain in 3 hours.

TESTS

These ski pants were designed and created in the Mont-Blanc valley. They have then been tested under conditions identical to those you might encounter yourself in use (under the snow, in the cold, in powder...). The design teams ensure that the program for which the product was conceived and developed corresponds perfectly to its use in the field: removable, easy to take off, fully zipped, they are a must-have for training.
