TESTS
Our worldwide design center Quechua is based in Passy, at the foot of Mont-Blanc in Haute-Savoie. This location enables us to test our products in natural terrain.
These hiking pants have been subjected to abrasion tests. Before being selected, the pant material was tested in our laboratory Decathlon Sportslab; then, once designed, the pants were worn with a loaded backpack for 10 hours of active walking.

These pants were tested and approved in April 2019 by a group of female testers during a 2-hour hike at the foot of the Arpenaz waterfall in Haute-Savoie.
To meet your requirements, Quechua products are tested in the wild in the conditions you encounter on your hikes.
Our teams, along with a panel of female testers (partners, ambassadors and customers) test our products throughout their development, right up to the moment they are launched on the market.
