HARD-WEARING PANTS
This is a real demand from the mountain bikers we interviewed: hard-wearing pants.
The material used on both sides of the pants is a so-called "hard-wearing" material, meaning that it ensures greater resistance on the thorniest trails.
MOUNTAIN BIKING IN WINTER... AND WARM!
The material inside your pants is "scraped", a process known to conserve heat. The principle is simple: the fabric mesh traps air, which is naturally insulating.
WHAT IS WATER-REPELLENT FABRIC?
A water-repellent fabric lets water slide off its surface, delaying absorption. As a result, the fabric does not become waterlogged and remains lightweight. Water repellency is achieved by a treatment applied to the outer face of the fabric.
HOW TO PRESERVE WATER REPELLENCY?
The water-repellent treatment applied to the outside of the fabric needs to be reactivated over the life of the garment. Our advice: regularly use a TEXTILE REPAIR LIQUID (or spray) sold in DECATHLON stores.
THE LITTLE EXTRAS THAT MAKE ALL THE DIFFERENCE
We've added a buckle to attach your gloves to the waistband. Your gloves are always close at hand.
The lower part of the pants is completely waterproof. Why is this? It's a part that's very exposed to water: riding in the rain, cleaning your mountain bike with a hose, etc.
