Product waterproofing
The waterproofness of the pants was tested in rain for 3 hours.
This test reproduces the conditions of a heavy mountain thunderstorm.
Waterproof fabric
We measure a fabric's resistance to water pressure expressed in mm water column (test based on ISO 811).
The higher the pressure, the more waterproof the fabric.
A textile component with a waterproof rating of 2,000 mm can withstand the pressure exerted by 2,000 mm of water (roughly equivalent to a 2-hour shower).
With a waterproof rating equivalent to 15,000 mm, pants offer a very high level of waterproofing.
Breathable fabric
Pour savoir si un tissu est respirant, on mesure sa résistance évaporative RET (test basé sur la norme ISO 11092). Plus la résistance est faible, plus le tissu laisse s’échapper la vapeur d'eau générée par le corps en activité, donc plus le tissu est respirant.
On considère que pour :
RET < 9 = le tissu est très respirant
9 < RET < 12 = le tissu est respirant
RET > 12 = le tissu est peu respirant

Pockets
The waterproof thigh pocket lets you put your phone (in airplane mode) as far away from your avalanche beacon as possible. This will limit interference between the phone and the avalanche beacon.
Accessorizing pants
The removable riser keeps the pants in place when handling knives, bindings and skins, and also prevents snow from penetrating ....
We've added removable suspenders if this is an essential accessory for your winter pants.
To complete the look, we've integrated small stretch gaiters into these pants, which fit over your ski boots and prevent snow from penetrating.
Ventilation
On the way up, open your vents on the outside of your thighs, as this is the best way to avoid sweating too much, and on the way down, don't forget to close them to limit the wind from penetrating and cooling you down too much.
Maintenance tips
Wash at 30°C. Choose a liquid detergent and do not use fabric softener. Close zippers and adjust cuffs before putting the jacket in the machine. Regenerate water-repellency with an appropriate treatment every time you wash. Ergonomic cut
The lines of the pants have been chosen to give you the best possible comfort during your ski outings.
The pants will be slightly loose so that you can easily wear an undergarment underneath, as the model proposed is a waterproof pant without a warmth layer.
The knees are preformed so that you won't be hindered in your movements.
Lower leg reinforcements
To protect your pants as much as possible, we've chosen a highly resistant material for the lower legs to limit cuts caused by ski edges, and we've also glued a specific material to the inside of the pants to prevent boot hooks from damaging the membrane too quickly.
RECCO® System
100% of our freeride jackets and pants are equipped with the RECCO® system.
With RECCO® technology, you can be located in the event of an avalanche accident. Equipped with RECCO® reflectors, a buried person can be located quickly and accurately by organized rescue teams using the RECCO® detector. RECCO® reflectors do not replace the use of a avalanche beacon. While complementary in function, RECCO® technology increases the chances of being found in time.
Your product is repairable
This product is repairable.
During the warranty period, we will repair your product free of charge. Whether it's snags, seams, zips, etc. These solutions will be proposed to you in your usual store.
If, however, we are unable to repair your product (non-repairable production defect), you will be able to exchange it or have it refunded.
Washing your waterproof garment tutorial
We recommend that you follow this protocol every time you wash your garment, to ensure that it retains all its technical characteristics.

After three washes, we recommend that you reactivate the water-repellent properties with a spray or impregnation treatment.
