What protection should you wear to start cruising on roller skates?
As with all snow sports, falling can be part of the learning process (and even at an advanced level). After riding in water, dust or sand, disassemble the wheels, dry and degrease the bearings with a dry cloth. We recommend that you regularly change the position of the wheels to ensure even wear.
