Bear paw work is a must if you want to progress in boxing. It is performed with a partner who indicates different targets to hit while moving around (so the sequence is less mechanical than with the punching bag).
The aim is to learn certain combinations and thus gain in precision and speed during your sparring phases.
The combinations can vary ad infinitum, making the work motivating.
DESIGN
These bear paws are designed for both precision work (marking in the center of the target) and speed (lightness), while guaranteeing comfort and shock absorption for the wearer.
We have validated them with a panel of practitioners and with laboratory tests guaranteeing European standards for personal protection products.
