BOX CONTENTS
The pair of pedals is supplied with a set of SHIMANO SPD-compatible ROCKRIDER wedges and screws.
BIKE AND SHOE COMPATIBILITY
The pedal thread is a standard 9/16" English thread, compatible with all adult mountain bikes, mountain bikes, city bikes, road bikes and indoor bikes on the market.
On the flat side, SEMI AUTO VTT 500 pedals ensure a good grip with your city shoes.
On the automatic fastening side, they are compatible with all shoes that can accept ROCKRIDER cleats compatible with SHIMANO SPD.
We recommend, for example, ST 100 (ref. 8512376) or ST 500 (ref. 8500914) mountain bike shoes.
ASSEMBLY
To fit the pedals, you'll need a 15 mm open-end wrench mm or a 6 mm hexagonal wrench mm.
Please note that each pedal must be screwed on in the correct direction: clockwise on the right-hand side, anti-clockwise on the left.
SETTINGS
The anchoring and release tension of the SHIMANO SPD-compatible fastener is adjustable for individual customization.
SAFETY
When learning to use automatic bindings, remember to anticipate your release before each stop with your feet on the ground (traffic light, stop sign, barrier, etc.).
If you are not yet completely comfortable using bindings, prefer to use the flat face in technical passages.
