Preparation tip
Open the bag and bring the two ends together so that they touch.
Then fill with cold water up to level 5 (100 ml). Stir with your cutlery, close the zip and wait 3 to 5 minutes before reopening the bag.
Stir again and enjoy your dish.
The amount of water can be adjusted according to your preference. You're the chef!

These two preservation processes remove the water contained in food by drying it with heat or cold.
Freeze-drying removes the water contained in food by transforming it from a solid state (freezing) into a gaseous state.
Dehydration involves drying food at high temperature. The water contained in the food evaporates.
