How to maintain your flange
To avoid the plastic taste, we recommend rinsing your flask with clean water 3 times before use. Then dry it upside down, without the nipple. If the plastic taste persists, you can place your dry flask in the freezer.
You can dismantle the nipple to clean it. Especially if you're using sugary drinks!
Finally, to avoid noises during the race, remember to vacuum out any air bubbles.
If the pipette is too long for you!
You can easily cut the plastic tube to the desired length to suit your morphology and drink more easily when exerting yourself. To do this, you need to cut the tube to the desired length and then force it into the lower plastic part of the teat. If you have difficulty, run the hose under hot water to make it more flexible and easier to insert.
