How does percussion massage work?
In simple terms, it's like a hammer massage, also known as "tapping", but without the effort. It's the device that generates the percussion, not you!
Result: a very deep self-massage for improved muscle relaxation after a sports session.
Which muscles and how to massage them with a percussion massager?
From neck to toe! From the back of the neck to the toes.
In practice, it's perfectly possible and even simple, thanks to the massage device's ergonomic grip, 3 percussion intensities and 4 tips that adapt to your sensitivity and the width of your muscles. Our tip: a one-minute self-massage per muscle group after your sports session, for better recovery.

Why 4 attachments with the percussion massager?
To adapt to the needs of all athletes, the massager is equipped with 4 easily interchangeable tips. The round and flat tips can be used on all areas of the body. The round, soft ball is particularly suited to large muscles. The double tip is perfect for self-massage between two muscles, without touching the bones. And the little extra: the trigger point tip, for those little points of tension on muscles.
