Use
This plancha is mainly used over a wood fire, for cooking in the great outdoors. It can be placed on its 3 feet, which can be assembled without tools in just a few seconds, or suspended under a cooking tripod with the included steel cables.
Be careful not to touch the plancha without gloves or a universal handle (not supplied) during and after cooking, as it is very hot.
Be sure to grease the plancha before cooking to prevent food from sticking.

How to clean and maintain your plancha?
Before using for the first time, wash with soapy water.
After use, wash with soapy water and dry before storing in a dry place.
This griddle is dishwasher-safe and can also withstand abrasive sponges and river sand!
