Working on your balance is more than just sport!
Working on your balance is important for a number of reasons, not least of which is that it gives you greater control over your movements and therefore reduces the risk of injury. And of course, it's essential for certain sports, such as skiing, trail running and kitesurfing. Our board uses 70% of the lower body muscles, which is not bad for strengthening the lower body and improving stability.
How do I get started with the balance board?
You bought this board to work on your balance. You may therefore find it difficult to get on the board the first few times.
Use a gym stick or hold onto a wall. Then try to gradually detach yourself from these elements to see how much you've progressed!
For greater safety, we recommend that you practice with the balance board on a surface such as a gym mat.

The balance board supports a maximum weight of 110kg.
