What size should I choose for my Endzone 900?

In freestyle, you can take a board that's fairly short: -20 to -25 cm (for example, someone 1m74 tall can take a board between 154 and 149 cm). Smaller boards make rotations and tricks easier. If you're taller, you'll be more stable at high speeds and on landing jumps.
146 cm => 1m64 to 1m71
153 cm => 1m71 to 1m78
157 cm => 1m75 to 1m82
163 cm WIDE => from 1m81 to 1m88

A word from the product manager

The Endzone 900 is our pro model developed with Enzo Valax, a member of the French freestyle snowboard team, in preparation for qualifying for the Milan Olympics in 2026. We wanted this board to meet the demands of the most committed riders in World Cup and Olympic-level snowparks. Its construction will give you the pop you need to take your freestyle riding to the next level.

Program and practice area

As its name suggests, the Endzone 900 Pro was developed with and for freestyle pros. Its preferred terrain is slopestyle or big air. Its classic camber and bamboo core give it incredible dynamism to support the most demanding modules. It's perfect for expert riders who want to take their park riding to the next level. On the piste, its ultra-reactivity and grip give it a very healthy carving behavior.

Snowboard twintip

The shape of the snowboard is TwinTip. The board's rib lines are completely symmetrical between front and back, providing symmetry and perfect centering of the board's features for riding in both directions in the same way. A TwinTip shape also provides complete balance for rotations on the ground and in the air.

Classic camber

Thanks to the board's elasticity, a classic camber acts like a spring to give grip on all types of snow, dynamism when going from edge to edge and recovery when exiting a turn. Enzo Valax chose a classic single camber, the best weapon for freestyle performance.

Rigid Flex (8/10)

Flex is the stiffness of the board between front and rear.
The Endzone 900 Pro's flex is around 8/10, which is stiff and demanding. It provides incisive behavior in cut turns, but also excellent responsiveness in rail or kicker.

Powerful, rigid twisting

Torsion is the board's torsional stiffness between the feet.
The torsional stiffness of the Endzone 900 Pro is around 8/10, which is stiff and powerful. It provides great grip and cornering even on very hard snow at full speed.
On the other hand, the Endzone 900 is a physical board: you need thighs to ride it, especially all day long.

Setback 0 mm

The preferred choice of Enzo Valax, who swears by symmetry.
Setback is when the board's support points on the snow are not symmetrical in relation to the center of the board, but are shifted backwards. The bindings are then also shifted backwards by the same distance.
0 mm setback = no setback, these are Twin Tip boards completely centered for riding in both directions but also for balance when turning in the air and on the piste.

Recommended fasteners

With the SNB 500 fastener (part no. 8668654) , the board + fastener combination will be consistent in terms of design.

When should you wax your snowboard?

Wedze boards leave the factory waxed.
They then require regular maintenance like all snowboards and skis: ideally, wax every 5 outings and at least once a year:
- Either at the beginning of the season to start with a very good glide
- Or at the end of the season to let the wax protect the base throughout the summer.

Glide quality: sintered sole

The soles are made of polyethylene, but using 2 different technical processes:
- extruded sole, with a certain density of polyethylene
- sintered sole, with a higher density of polyethylene (fewer holes, more PE)

A sintered sole is the Rolls Royce of soles. The glide is really fantastic.

What is the Wide in snowboarding?

A Wide board is one that is wider than normal to prevent the big feet from touching the snow during a turn and causing you to fall, or to increase buoyancy in powder snow. Wide is measured by the width of the board at the center.

At Decathlon, we have defined:
- Up to 245 mm : narrow board / feet 36 to 40
- From 246 mm to 255 mm : normal board / feet 38 to 42
- From 256 mm to 265 mm : Mid Wide / feet 41 to 44
- From 266 mm : Wide / feet 43 to 49

Can the store fit the bindings to my board?

Yes, there's a video on how to assemble the bindings in this product sheet, but you can ask your local store to assemble the bindings with your own settings. Remember to take your pair of snowboard boots with you to ensure 2 correct settings:
1. That of the binding from front to back, so that the boots don't protrude more from the toes than from the heel, or vice versa
2. The straps on your binding, which must fit snugly over your boots.
