Construction
Expanded polystyrene core with 3 wooden stringers. New hot-laminated polyethylene coating on the core to limit water ingress and improve rigidity . High-density polyethylene sole. Waxed before use to prevent slipping.
Easy assembly
A kit of 3 identical fins with unique screw sizes, so there's no risk of making a mistake.
Comes with a plastic wrench for screwing them in.
A 2m5 double-swivel urethane leash.
Check the screws regularly to ensure a good seal.
Using the leash
WARNING: never hold your board with your hands or fingers wrapped in the cord. This can result in serious injury to the fingers.
Check that the leash is properly attached to the board.
Practice unhooking the leash from the peg in case of problems.
Precautions for use
Caution: prolonged exposure to the sun or high temperatures can cause the coating to peel off. We recommend that you store your board in the shade and outside a vehicle.
Regularly retighten the fin screws with the wrench supplied to limit water ingress.
If you need to strap the board to roof rails, we recommend that you put the board in a cover. The strap can damage the rail.
Repairs
Our workshops can repair your foam board. Nicks or blisters . Ask our teams in store.
