WHAT'S IT FOR?
Paddles are a swimming aid for working the upper body (arms, shoulders, pectorals, back). They are used to give more propulsion and increase the force applied by the swimmer, as well as to correct the swimmer's movements.
Three pad sizes available:
- S : power ++
- M : power +++
- L : power +++++
DO PLATELETS MOVE WHILE SWIMMING? WHY?
If the pad tends to come out of the hand, the movement can be improved, depending on the phase of the movement it tends to move.
With the pads, you'll need to concentrate on your support during the swim and your sensations in your hands and forearms. Very quickly, your hand and arm will position themselves in the water in such a way as to be as powerful as possible.
QUICK'IN system
The patented and exclusive QUICK'IN system has been designed and developed to facilitate the fitting of swimming plates. It consists of a polypropylene fin and a silicone piece attached to the underside of the pads.
The latter enables the height of the fin to be adjusted by applying pressure from bottom to top, for optimum comfort and support of the pads during swimming.
PLATELET USE
There are two ways to use the pads:
1 - Tighten the wrist straps on your pads to give them more stability. This is best for beginners.
2- Use without the wrist strap when you become more experienced, as this will help you to feel the support and the correct movement better (the pad will move more easily if you make a wrong move).
WAFER SECURITY
Nabaiji swimming pads feature a soft plastic contour to prevent injury in the event of impact in the pool.
AGE AND USE ADVICE
Swimming plates can be used by swimmers to work the upper body, but be careful with plate size and don't start too quickly! Use of the pads should increase gradually to avoid injuring the shoulder.
