With this kit, you'll have everything you need to get started.
In addition to your BT 100 billiard tabletop, you'll also have:
- 2 122 cm (48") cues, with a rubber tip (diameter 12 mm)
- 15 numbered American billiard balls, 44 mm diameter.
- 1 triangle to place your balls at the start of the game.
Your pack does not include chalk (rubber tip) or large feet (tray).
Size, format and compatibility, we explain:
Your BT 100 billiard table is 118 cm long and 64 cm wide, and the playing area measures 108 x 54 cm ( format , length = 2 times width). With its 12 cm height (6 cm for the strips and 6 cm for the feet), you can store it easily, under your bed for example.
The width of the strips is 4 cm and the thickness of the tray 0.8 cm.
And its weight? Your complete kit weighs 14 kg.
Where to play? You'll need a 12m2 play area!
What types of table does your BT 100 billiard table fit?
For the best sensation, we recommend you place your BT 100 on a table at the hip height of the shortest player (it's better to be too low than too high).
The billiard table fits square tables (81 cm sides or more), rectangular tables (81 x 75 cm or more) and round tables (115 cm diameter or more).
How do you maintain your cue?
You're familiar with this gesture: before shooting, you put a bit of chalk (the "blue") on the tip of your cue.
So why don't you find any chalk in your BT 100 pack? Because we offer cues with rubber tips.
The rubber tip requires less maintenance and means you don't get dirty with blue chalk! Not suitable for advanced or expert players wishing to play with effects.
Balls or marbles? Holes or pockets? We explain a little of the billiards vocabulary.
You may often hear billiards referred to as "balls" or "holes", but these are not the exact terms used in this sport!
That's right! If you want to play billiards, you're going to have to fit balls (not holes) into pockets (not pockets).
And how? By shooting the cue ball with a cue stick. In this case, we're talking about a cue rather than a stick.
Are you new to billiards? Our team has some advice on how to get started:
To get even closer to the feel of real billiards, we recommend placing your BT 100 on a dining table or desk (usually at a height of between 72 and 80 cm).
In this way, you play at the same height as on a real billiard table. You can start to find the positions you're most comfortable with, to gain precision.
You've got the right posture and you're steady? Now it's time to learn how to aim!
