With its one-liter capacity, your water bag will last you an average of 2 hours. This is often the minimum volume required for trail competitions.
And thanks to its wide opening, you can fill it quickly at refreshment points. When you close it, you should feel the clip click into place to guarantee watertightness.
Finally, your water pouch is compatible with trail bags, 5 L, 10 L.

It's easy to cut the hose from your water pouch to the right length!
To do this, remove the nipple, place the hose in hot water to soften it, cut it to the right length and replace the nipple.
The nipple features an on/off closure to prevent leaks during transport. When running, it won't drip, even in the open position. And for a good flow when you drink, pinch the teat with your mouth and suck!

The components of your water pouch are guaranteed to be BPA (Bisphenol A) free, in accordance with current French regulations.
Its dimensions are 31 x 16 cm, with a 100 cm hose.
To improve the life of your water pouch, we advise you not to fold it, fill it with hot liquids or carry it upside down or by the hose ;)
How do you empty your water bag?
To avoid hearing the sound of water stirring in your water bag throughout your run, we recommend that you perform an air vacuum before the start!
Simply turn your water bag upside down after filling it, direct the air bubbles towards the hose inlet and then suck them out. That's all there is to it, and you can enjoy the silence while you run!
A few tips for cleaning your water bag:
To avoid the plastic taste when you drink, we recommend rinsing your water pouch 3 times before using it for the first time.
After each cleaning, remember to dry your water pouch thoroughly by leaving it open.
If the plastic taste persists, you can place your dry water pouch in the freezer or deep-freeze overnight.
How do we test a water pouch?
To ensure the quality of the 1 L water pouch, it was tested in our in-house laboratory on a dummy simulating over 1,000 km of running with impact. No defects were found and the product was perfectly functional.
