Why use pump handles?
The push-up handles were developed by our team of experts to take the strain off fragile wrists, and to be more comfortable and cleaner than direct contact with the floor.
If you're just starting out, these handles will help you reduce the risk of injury.
If you're used to doing push-ups, the handles will help you increase your range of motion, as your hands are raised. Just be reasonable, to avoid injury.
What are the secrets of these pump handles?
- The shape of the handles has been reworked to make them more comfortable to hold.
- They grip the floor well so they don't move during use.
- They're easy to store, because they can be stacked!
Want to spice up your workout? Accessorize your handles!
Are push-ups now commonplace for you? You can equip yourself with a weighted vest (0-5 kg ref: 8736051 or 6-10 kg ref: 8734579) for more load.
Or use body-building elastics (ref: 8484819, 8484820, 8484821), which add resistance to each pull-up.
In short, don't worry, when you progress, we're with you!

Working the pectoral, shoulder and triceps muscles with dumbbells, in parallel with the push-ups, helps to improve progress.
Here's a session that mixes the two:
- Push-ups: 3 to 4 sets of 8 to 12 repetitions (with elastic or weighted vest to increase complexity if necessary)
- Dumbbell bench press 3×12
- Dumbbell triceps extension 3×12
Always remember to leave a margin of 2-3 repetitions at the end of each set.
