Why use 4-in-1 pump handles?
- The handles allow you to perform push-ups while keeping your wrist straight, for a more comfortable movement and greater amplitude.
- Add the rounded base under the handles to perform push-ups with instability, which increases the difficulty and the results!
- The glide discs alone allow you to work the lower body (glutes, legs).
- By clipping the glide discs with the handles, you can work on your sheathing.
Skid installation and use
The glides can be used alone or fitted into the handles (installation in seconds).
They are also reversible to adapt to your practice surface:
- Blue side on hard surfaces such as parquet or tiles
- Black side on carpet or rugs.

Workout to progress with push-ups
- Push-ups 4×5-12 repetitions
- Dumbbell bench press 3×10-12 repetitions
- Dumbbell sit-ups 3×10-12 repetitions
- Elastic triceps 3×12-15 repetitions
- Elastic face pull 3×15-20 repetitions
Make sure you have amplitude on the push-ups, preferring shorter sets where you get low enough to longer sets with less amplitude and quality.
