How do I maintain my product to ensure its longevity?
To avoid another breakdown, remember to maintain your equipment.
Regularly check that the parts you have assembled are tight, and that the various components of your equipment are securely fastened.
In winter, we recommend that you remove the net, jumping mat and protective foams and store them indoors in a dry, heated area.
Clean and fold the poles to protect the structure with a tarpaulin against the elements.
How can I prevent the poles from bending?
We remind you that one jumper at a time is required in the trampoline, respecting the recommendations for size and use.
It is also important that your trampoline is correctly anchored to the ground via an anchoring or ballasting kit to prevent it from overturning.
However, this cannot guarantee that it will hold up well in bad weather.
In this case, it is imperative to dismantle the poles to reduce the wind load.
