ASSEMBLY

This beam is fastened with 4 x 5*55mm screws. These are included in the delivery.
However, depending on the support, you will need dowels which are not included in the delivery. We strongly recommend that you seek advice from DIY stores or building professionals.

ADVICE BEFORE TRAINING

Strength training on the beam is very hard on joints and tendons. We strongly recommend warming up beforehand to avoid injury.
It's also advisable to leave enough rest days between training sessions to allow your body to regenerate, otherwise you risk injury.
You'll find lots of advice from climbing coaches on the Internet.
