USE COUNCIL
Always wear your mouthguard during both training and competition.
For a perfect molding of your teeth, scrupulously respect the soaking time in boiling water. This time is indicated in the product instructions and may vary from one model to another. To make your own mold, watch the preparation video.
To ensure proper protection, the mouthguard must stay in place when you open your mouth.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Wash in clean water. Allow to air-dry before placing in the transport box (original box).
For optimum protection, replace your mouthguard at least once a year, or as soon as it shows signs of wear.
