How can I protect my teeth?

"A mouthguard is a piece of personal protective equipment. It must meet current standards including the European PPE Regulation (EU) 2016/425. For example, French standard XP S72-427 calls for:
- Specific protective thicknesses to prevent perforation.
- An integrated ventilation space that allows breathing even when the jaw is closed.
- Engaging upper and lower teeth to lock the jaw more effectively (protection against fractures)."

How to protect your teeth (continued)

"- A gum cover to prevent loosening of the teeth.
The mouthguard must stay in place when you open your mouth.
Renew your mouthguard according to the manufacturer's instructions, and in any case as soon as it shows signs of wear.
Refer to the product leaflet regarding the manufacturer's liability."
