TECHNICAL INFORMATION

Detailed product description

Bi-material EVA (the translucent material) and SEBS (the colored part, on the face, and the lower part) offering superior impact and puncture resistance. SEBS is harder and thinner than EVA. It reduces the volume of the product, ensuring greater comfort and ease of breathing. Complete coverage of teeth and part of the gums to prevent loosening. 2mm ventilation space under the incisors.

Detailed product description (continued)

Compliant with the European Personal Protective Equipment Regulation (EU) 2016/425 and the new French standard XP S72-427. EVA also ensures easy molding and optimal fit. Thermo-molding creates an engagement (interlocking) between the mouthguard and the lower teeth, thus locking the jaws in the event of a vertical impact. Suitable for mixed dentition with permanent and baby teeth.

Supplied with a support to hold the product during thermomolding. Supplied with storage box.

How can I protect my teeth?

"A mouthguard is a piece of personal protective equipment. It must meet current standards including the European PPE Regulation (EU) 2016/425. For example, French standard XP S72-427 stipulates:
- Specific protective thicknesses to prevent perforation.
- Engaging upper and lower teeth to lock the jaw more effectively (protection against fractures).
- Covering the gums to prevent teeth loosening."

How to protect your teeth (continued)

"- An integrated ventilation space that allows you to breathe even when your jaw is closed.
The mouthguard must stay in place when you open your mouth. To do this, follow the thermo-molding instructions.
Renew your mouthguard according to the manufacturer's instructions, and in any case as soon as it shows signs of wear.
Refer to the product leaflet regarding the manufacturer's liability."
