How to choose the right size mouthguard?

To determine the right size mouthguard for you, help yourself to a ruler or tape measure.
If the distance between your upper jaw canines measures less than 37mm, you need a size M.
If it's more than 37mm, size L is recommended for you!
Don't forget that it's essential to mold your mouthguard before your first use."

How do you adapt a mouthguard to your teeth?

To protect you effectively, this mouthguard must fit your teeth perfectly.
It is therefore thermoformable after immersion in water at 100 degrees for 35 seconds.
This maneuver must be performed before first use.
It is imperative to follow the molding steps detailed in the product leaflet.
Its bi-material composition (EVA/SEBS) makes it easier to mold, which helps the mouthguard take shape.

Directions for use

We suggest that you always wear your mouthguard during training sessions and matches to avoid injury.
For optimal molding of your teeth, scrupulously respect the soaking time in boiling water. This time is indicated in the product instructions. It may vary from one model to another. To make your own mold, watch the preparation video.
To ensure proper protection, the mouthguard must stay in place when you open your mouth.

Mouthguard use restrictions

This mouthguard is not suitable for wearers of braces.
