Ergonomic protection...
To ensure that your shin-guard stays in place throughout your karate session or bout, we've taken anatomical data as our starting point. Our aim? To create a design that truly follows the shape of your shin. The shape of the foam is modelled on the natural line of the shin, giving you a perfect fit.

... to combat the "twist effect
We've added two straps on each side of the tibia for optimum support. This double tightening, combined with the product's ergonomic design, counteracts the twist effect. The twist effect is when shin guards slip off during combat. And sometimes you spend the whole session putting your pads back on. From now on, you'll be able to concentrate solely on the fight, thanks to total freedom of movement.
Protection and resistance
This model, which complies with International Karate Federation standards, comprises two detachable parts: a shin guard and a foot guard. Both are made with thick foam covering the entire shin and instep, for optimum impact protection. The polyurethane coating provides excellent abrasion resistance.
How to choose your karate shin guards?
"Shin-guard sizes are expressed in S, M, L, XL.
To make it easier for you to choose, here's a list of sizes:
Size S (stature between 134 cm and 152 cm)
Size M (stature between 152 cm and 170 cm)
Size L (stature between 170 cm and 188 cm)
Size XL (stature between 188 cm and 200 cm)
Adjust the shin-guards to your leg, then fasten them with the Velcro fasteners. The protection must be neither too tight nor too loose: it must not slip."
Directions for use
Use barefoot, without socks. After use, remember to dry your shin pads thoroughly. This will prevent unpleasant odors and extend the life of your pads.
Maintenance tips
Clean them with a damp cloth soaked in soapy water. Dry at room temperature. Do not place them near a heat source, such as a radiator.
