How do we design our products?
Our design teams developed the 540 TRAXIUM shin guards by observing and listening to footballers on the pitch, in matches and in training. We responded to issues of morphological adaptability, support on the leg, lightness and perspiration management. These shin guards have been tested in laboratories and on soccer pitches. They comply with European standard 13061 for shock absorption and level of protection.
Reinforced cover plate support
Because stability is very important to ensure good protection around the leg, our design team opted for a reinforced stretch sleeve with an adjustable tightening band. The tightening band helps keep the protection in position.
Flexible, asymmetrical design of the 540 TRAXIUM shin guard
The shin guard has been designed to fit both the right (R) and left (L) leg.
It is also flexible for better adaptation.
Sweat evacuation
Do you sweat a lot during a match, and that doesn't help the stability of your protection? We've come up with a herringbone-compressed foam to help evacuate perspiration.
