A product's level of protection is based on two things: coverage of the area to be protected and shock absorption.
- For the zones of protection, we studied the anatomy of the foot and ankle.
- For shock absorption, we worked with a dozen boxers to study the energy transmitted during a sparring blow at an intensive level.
Result? PTP 900 absorbs shocks of 10 joules (the standard is 3 joules), guaranteeing maximum protection.
Triple-density foam
With the 900 shin guards, we offer protection specifically designed for intensive kick-boxing and Muay Thai practice. So, for added comfort and protection (for you and your partner), we've developed a triple-density foam, the DX3:
- the soft inner foam offers greater comfort
- the stiffer intermediate foam absorbs shock
- the soft outer foam absorbs blows for your opponent

Your protection comes first!
Our shin-foot protector has a special foam padding at the shin-foot joint and malleolus, so you're protected even if you get stuck with your elbow.
The foot foam is ergonomically designed to fit your foot as snugly as possible, so you won't feel any discomfort even on tiptoe.
