WHAT'S IT FOR?

The pull kick is a piece of swimming equipment that can be used in two different ways: pull buoy and kickboard.

It is designed for the advanced or expert swimmer, as its buoyancy is medium in kickboard mode. Its dimensions are optimized so as not to interfere with swimming speed.

If you want to work specifically on sheathing, you can position the pullkick at calf level. It can also be used with an elastic band for complete immobilization of the legs.
