A punching bag with a wide range of uses

This punching ball and reflex bar set has been imagined by our design teams for boxers wishing to train alone, and improve both striking and precision as well as their reflexes. The base is weighted with 8L water bags, and consists of a metal rod topped by a foam bulb. A rod on which you can screw and unscrew the reflex bar as you wish, to work on your dodging.

How to train with a punching ball fitted with an ergonomic bulb?

More elongated than a conventional round pear, the pear of this punching ball is made of ergonomic foam that guarantees good hand protection. "You can throw jabs, hooks and uppercuts with confidence," promises Daniele, former competitive boxer and product manager at Outshock. The spring, 8mm thick and 12cm high, is rather nervous, enabling good rebound speed.

How do I adjust my punching ball + reflex bar?

The height of this punching ball can be easily adjusted thanks to a sliding system located on the central metal rod. It's the ideal partner for experienced boxers up to 1.90 m tall.

How to use a punching ball properly

To train without injuring yourself, don't hit the punching ball without protection. We recommend that you always use it with boxing gloves or mitts, rather than bare hands.
