Why buy a folding wall-mounted bodybuilding rack?
Our folding rack offers you all the advantages of a bodybuilding rack, but without the bulk!
It folds and unfolds very easily.
It includes:
- A pull-up bar
- A bar support (50 mm adaptable 28 mm).
You can add all the accessories you need to work all your muscle groups.
After training, you fold it up to enjoy your space.
Installation and assembly time
To assemble your wall rack, you will need
- 45 minutes with two adults.
Your rack must be installed on a solid wall (especially not plasterboard).
You will need to purchase the screws and plugs required for installation, directly from a DIY store to ensure you get the right product for your wall.
The product has 8.5 mm diameter holes to accommodate M8 screws.
The minimum tensile strength is 60 kg per fixing point.
Safety and maximum rack weight
This wall-mounted rack has been tested for loads of up to 200 kg, 150 kg in tension.
Avoid dynamic movements on this rack: it's not designed for them.
Be sure to replace the safety pins before starting a session when you've unfolded the rack.
The pins are also needed to keep the rack in place when it's folded.
You can add many accessories to your rack!

- Barbell lunges 3×8-10 reps/side 2 reps margin and 2 minutes recovery
- Romanian barbell deadlift, 3×8-10 reps, 3 reps margin and 2 minutes recovery.

This upper-body workout focuses on muscle development.
- Barbell incline press 4×8 reps
- Dips 3×10 reps (weighted with vest or weightless with elastic)
- Barbell military press 3×8-10 reps
- Pull-ups 3×6-10 reps (weighted with vest or weightless with elastic)
Keep a 2-rep margin at the end of each set and take 2 minutes' recovery between exercises.
