When assembling, pay particular attention to the direction in which the screws and nuts are inserted each time they are tightened. Each part has a specially designed nut angle for easy tightening. You shouldn't feel any resistance.
To fit the elastic bands, insert the elastics into each groove, stretching them each time to straighten them.
