We've chosen a control button with a TFT color screen that's both modern and sleek. This button lets you control the rower's resistance and analyze your workouts with 7 indicators: duration, distance in meters, number of pulls, pulls per minute, time per 500m, calories burned and beats per minute.
The Domyos Woodrower is connected to the best coaching apps, such as Domyos E-Connected (free), Kinomap, Zwift and EXR game.
DOMYOS WOODROWER IS MUCH MORE THAN JUST A ROWING MACHINE: IT'S AN ULTRA-POLYVALENT FITNESS MACHINE!
Fitness equipment often has a single function: pedaling, rowing, etc... We decided to go one step further with this rowing machine, and imagine a real fitness station. We combined the rowing function with that of a fitness bench. The bench's surface is grippy, comfortable and hard-wearing, so you can use it for strengthening sessions. The bench has been validated for a static weight of 900kg.
Its plus: an abdominal exercise accessory integrated into the rowing machine!
IMPORTANT: FOLLOW THE 3 PHASES FOR GOOD ROWING ON DOMYOS WOODROWER
Attack: Bend knees (maximum 90°), slide forward, bend slightly forward. Arms straight, wrists flat.
IMPORTANT: bend at maximum 90°, otherwise you risk hitting the front stop of the rowing machine.
Propulsion: Push first on the legs, keeping the trunk and abdominal muscles engaged. Lean back, pull handle towards chest.
Recovery: Straighten arms, lean forward, bend knees. Return to the attack.

The Domyos Woodrower weighs over 60kg and there's a good reason for this. We were obsessed with offering a product that met the needs of users. On a rowing machine, one of the essential points is stability in use, and we've done everything to guarantee foolproof stability, even at high intensity. We also wanted to offer an ultra-sturdy rowing machine that would last over time, and we chose the most robust components to guarantee this.
