And yes, we know that assembling a fitness product is not always a positive experience. At Decathlon, we strive to offer you the most robust and easy-to-assemble products available. That's why, in line with our desire to make this rowing machine an ultra-accessible product, we have collectively decided to assemble it directly in the production plant.
And YES! It's already assembled, so all you have to do is take it out of the box and start training ;-)
CLEVER BUNGEE CORD PULL SYSTEM
This RAMEUR 100 is also innovative in that it is pulled by a rubber band that reproduces the fluidity of a real rower. We've taken the time to validate sturdy, durable elastics, guaranteed for an average weekly workout of 3 hours. We've set up an ingenious system that allows the elastic to be removed and replaced by one with varying degrees of resistance.
The product comes with 2 elastic bands:

- strong resistance
