The advantages of flax fibre for a padel racket.
Vibration absorption: Flax absorbs vibrations generated during play more effectively, reducing the impact on the player's arm.
Lightweight: Flax fiber is renowned for its lightness, which helps make the padel racket easier to handle and play.
Technologies
HIGH MODULUS CARBON: High-density carbon reinforcements improve the racquet's durability.
FULL EVA CONCEPT: A single piece of EVA foam increases the centring zone and optimizes forgiveness for better ball control.
Technical concepts
- Soft EVA foam: Promotes optimal performance at moderate speeds and a high tolerance for off-center hits.
- Glass Fiber: Provides comfort and ball speed at moderate intensity.
- Linen fiber.
- Full EVA Concept: A single piece of EVA foam that increases the centering zone and optimizes the tolerance of hitting errors for better ball control.
- High Modulus Carbon: High-density carbon reinforcements that improve the racquet's resistance.

What is the Full EVA concept?
This is an exclusive innovation from KUIKMA, the Padel brand from Decathlon. The racket is constructed from a single piece of EVA foam with a composite fiber overlay on the racket surface. This frameless construction enlarges the EVA foam surface and increases the centering area of the head. This optimizes tolerance to hitting errors, for better ball control.

How do we design our products?
Kuikma is a team of passionate Padel players.
Our research center is based in Spain, with design and engineering skills. Its role is to identify user needs and pass them on to our design center based in France.
Following tests carried out with Horacio Alvarez Clementi, we then tested the durability of the rackets in our design center's laboratory.
This enables us to validate our products with a commitment to quality.
