Directions for use
Open the sachet and bring the two ends together so that they touch, opening the bottom of the sachet like a soup plate.
Add 280 ml of simmering water (level 6), stir with a spoon and close the zip. Stir the sachet regularly during rehydration. Wait 5-8 minutes before opening, stir again and consume.

The sachet can be torn open halfway up to be used as a bowl.
Warning: the hotter the water, the better the rehydration. If your water isn't boiling, don't hesitate to wait a few minutes longer before enjoying your dish.
Lyophilization and dehydration?
Both processes are inspired by nature. They remove the water contained in food to preserve it over time, by drying it either cold or hot.
Freeze-drying removes the water contained in food by transforming it from a solid state (freezing) into a gaseous state.
This ancient process is used by people living in the highlands of South America.
Dehydration involves drying food at high temperature. The water contained in the food evaporates.
How are the dishes prepared?

In fact, freeze-drying allows us to preserve the nutritional and taste qualities of our food, while eliminating preservatives and additives. It also enables us to cook dishes that taste almost like home!
For dry foods (rice, pasta, semolina, etc.) that already have a long shelf life, freeze-drying is not necessary.

Beef is cooked. The tomme and meat are of French origin, and are freeze-dried.
We have also chosen tomatoes grown in open fields under the Italian sun.
This meal is made in France, by our supplier located in the Landes region.

Food doesn't stay fresh indefinitely. Over time, it deteriorates or rots. To slow down this deterioration process and preserve the freshness of our dishes for as long as possible, a food-grade gas (E941 nitrogen) is introduced into the packaging before it is sealed. Inert and odorless, nitrogen protects against oxidation while eliminating moisture particles.
