TESTS
Our worldwide design center Quechua is based in Passy, at the foot of Mont-Blanc in Haute-Savoie. This location enables us to test our products in natural terrain.
This hiking dress has been subjected to abrasion tests. Before being selected, the dress material was tested in our laboratory Decathlon Sportslab; then, once designed, the dress was worn with a loaded backpack for 10 hours of active walking.
Approved by
This dress was tested and approved by 15 hiker-testers and co-creators of the project on dozens of hiking trails in France, during the summer of 2021: in Ardèche, Vendée, the Lyon basin, on the Atlantic coast, etc.
A hundred or so co-creators followed its development alongside us, via the Decathlon Cocréation platform, drawing up its specifications with us, refining its design, bringing their demanding eye to fittings and wear tests.
