Safety tips
We recommend the full set: helmet, elbow pads, knee pads and wrist guards. Because when it comes down to it, which part of your body you fall on... it's all a bit random.
What is the maximum weight this children's roller can support?
Certified to European standard EN 13843, class A (adult roller standard), these rollers are designed to support up to 100 kg.
4 sizes for one roller? We explain our evolutionary system.
To enjoy your roller skates for more than one season, our product adapts to you. To adjust the roller to your foot, just 3 steps:
1. Open the lever.
2. Pull or push on the front of the shoe.
3. Close the lever.
To feel comfortable in your rollerblades, choose a weight suited to your physical abilities and a size that fits you: if your foot slips inside the liner, you'll have trouble controlling your posture and trajectory.
Want to combine rollerblading and comfort? Introducing the Roller Fit 5 Junior.
Your feet stay dry longer thanks to ventilated mesh foam, in a semi-flexible liner for added comfort.
With simple, effective tightenings, putting on your rollerblades is easy: a micrometric buckle on the top of the liner for greater precision, a Velcro fastening on the instep to secure the heel in the shoe, and classic or elastic laces according to size.
And weight? 2.254 kg in 32/35, 2.434 kg in 35/38 and 2.614 kg in 38/41!
How Fit 5 Junior Rollerblades help you roll and brake more efficiently:
The Roller Fit 5's turntable is our Product Manager Laila's favorite. Aluminum decks deliver greater performance. The large wheels, 76 mm and compatible up to 80 mm in sizes 35 to 41, combined with ABEC 7 bearings, give you more glide and more speed. For braking, our rollers are equipped with a classic rubber brake that you can install on the right or left foot. Replacement pads are available in store.
For wheels and brakes, Oxello met the rubber!
Unlike plastic, which "shrips" but doesn't brake, rubber offers good grip: it allows you to skate without slipping when pushing, and to brake effectively. What's more, rubber wears out less quickly than plastic.
Our Oxelo teams are committed to safety - whatever your technical level. That's why we have chosen to equip all our rollerblades with rubber wheels and brakes rather than PVC.
How to extend wheel life
Depending on where they are placed on the skate, some wheels will wear more quickly than others. Don't hesitate to change their positions regularly.
It's really time to change them when the wear reaches the first of the 7 circles visible on the inside of the wheel.
Would you like to repair or maintain your rollers?
You'll find wheels of various sizes (even luminous ones), brakes and compatible screws on our website and in your workshop Decathlon. It's all very easy to fit.
