Safety tips
We recommend the complete package: helmet, elbow pads, knee pads and wrist guards. Because after all, which part of your body you fall on... is a bit random.
1 roller size = 4 sizes. How does this evolutionary system work?
Adjustment takes place in 3 steps:
1. Open the lever.
2. Pull on the front of the shoe.
3. Close the lever.
Thanks to this system, your child's rollerblades will last for more than one season. For a child to feel good in his or her skates, choose skates adapted to his or her feet: avoid a product that is too heavy (not adapted to the child's physical capacities) or too large (the foot slides inside the shoe, resulting in poor posture and difficulty in controlling the trajectory).
How comfortable are FIT 3 children's rollers?
Semi-flexible slippers with foam reinforcements for added comfort. Made from ventilated mesh (a moisture-absorbing fabric), this liner keeps feet dry longer. Easy to put on thanks to simple, effective tightening: a micrometric buckle on the top of the shoe for greater precision + a Velcro fastening on the instep to secure the heel in the shoe. Elastic laces on sizes 29/32 and 32/35, classic laces on size 35/38.
How do Fit 3 Junior Rollerblades help your child roll and brake more effectively?
The lighter composite deck makes it easier to learn: it provides good gliding comfort. The 70 mm 80A wheels and ABEC 3 bearings offer a good compromise between gliding feel and maneuverability. And for braking, our rollers are fitted with a classic rubber brake pad that you can install on the right or left foot. Replacement pads are available in store.
Rubber wheels and brakes: what are the advantages over plastic ones?
Unlike plastic, which shrivels but doesn't brake, rubber offers good grip: it enables your child to skate without slipping when pushing, and to brake effectively. What's more, rubber wears out less quickly than plastic.
Our Oxelo teams are committed to safety, whatever your child's technical level. We have therefore chosen to equip all our children's rollerblades with rubber wheels and brakes, rather than PVC.
How to extend wheel life
Depending on where they are placed on the skate, some wheels will wear more quickly than others. Don't hesitate to change their positions regularly. It's really time to change them when wear reaches the first of the 7 circles visible on the inside of the wheel.
Which wheels for FIT 3 rollerblades?
