TECHNICAL INFORMATION

How do these freeride skates hold you up?

The high cuff (the upper plastic part also known as the spoiler) has been developed with one objective in mind: to provide optimum foot support. To achieve this, it is molded from a composite blended with 15% fiberglass. And for (even more) support, the roller features 2 micrometric buckles and laces.

Are these all-rounders or just for freeride?

To be sufficiently versatile and ensure excellent glide quality, the skate is equipped with 110mm wheels and a solid, responsive deck (to support the various jumps and slides). The 3-wheel turntable keeps the skate to a manageable size. The turntable can be moved slightly to the left or right for more precise adjustment to your needs.

Which braking system for these freeride rollerblades?

The complete brake, pad + brake support, can be adapted to the right or left foot (supplied unassembled). The brake support is available from your Decathlon store workshop. The brake pad is available in your roller department (depending on store) or on the Internet.

What is extruded aluminum?

Extrusion is a thermomechanical manufacturing process in which compressed material is forced through a die (the tooling used to produce the profile shape). As the extruded part (for this roller, the platinum) has not been bent or cut, it is more precise and stronger.

How do I maintain/repair my rollerblades?

You can change parts or repair the roller thanks to after-sales components available in stores, on the Internet or in the workshop of your Décathlon store.

How can I extend the life of my rollerblades?

To prolong the life of your rollerblades, after riding in water, dust or sand, disassemble the wheels, dry them and degrease the bearings with a dry cloth. See our tips and tutorials on our YouTube channel: https://www.youtube.com/user/oxelo/videos

How to extend wheel life?

It's common practice to interchange the wheels on your rollerblades, as the wear is not uniform, but angled. The reason? We often skate with our rollers tilted inwards, for pushing, turning or starting. To finish off the wear on your roller rubber, swap your roller wheels (and invert them in pairs).

What is the maximum weight supported by these MF900 rollerblades Oxelo ?

These adult roller skates comply with EN 13843 class A (adult roller skate standard). This standard applies to Roller Sports Equipment - In-line skates designed to support between 20 and 100 kg (body weight). This European standard defines safety requirements and specifications relating to test methods, marking and information supplied by the manufacturer to reduce the risk of injury to the user.

How much do MF900 rollers weigh? Oxelo

3.6 kg per pair in size 43 (without brake).

How are our products tested?

All our rollers are laboratory-tested. These tests allow us to validate European standards for roller use, as well as wear tests. These lab tests are supplemented by field tests, some measured, others based on the perceptions of the testers, who then put the product through its paces. The result: a tried and tested product.

Which wheels are compatible?

These rollers are equipped with 110mm wheels. They are therefore compatible with all roller wheels with a diameter of less than 110mm. To maintain the gliding qualities of this MF900, we advise you to stick to 110mm or 100mm diameters if you want a little more maneuverability (Powerslide Infinity 100mm wheels available on our site, ref 8572026).

Warranty

2 years, excluding wear parts (brake pads, wheels and bearings).
