Why use a massage roller?
Its primary benefit is to relax tense areas of your body. Regular self-massage optimizes muscle relaxation and reduces tension before or after a work session.
What's the difference with a massage roller with "soft" foam?
It all depends on your preferences!
If you like deep massage, choose a higher density. However, we understand that not everyone appreciates intense firmness. That's why we offer two hardness options so you can choose the one that suits you best.
When should I use a "hard" massage roller?
Massage rollers are essential for preparing your muscles during warm-up by stimulating blood circulation.
During training, this helps to release muscle tension, improving your performance.
After training, using a roller helps to relax muscles, reduce soreness and promote optimal recovery. Incorporate these key steps into your training routine to maximize results and take care of your body.
How to use the "soft" massage roller?
To practice self-massage with a hard mobility roller, simply target the area you wish to treat.
Place the massage roller on a flat surface and roll it over the area you wish to treat, be it your back, legs, arms, and more.
Make sure you never force it, and stop immediately if you feel any pain.
Relax your muscles more before or after a workout or cross-training session
Use the mobility ball (ref: 8544539) to target hard-to-reach areas. This special ball enables you to reach even the most difficult areas.
