EPP foam (or polymer foam) is lightweight. Our roll weighs 450 grams, no more! Of course, we tested its resistance. The result: this foam roller can withstand up to 120 kilos, and is no less resistant than a PU roller.
What is the purpose of the massage roller?
It provides a deep massage of the muscles using the body's own weight.
Its hard, structured foam provides a deep, intense massage.
The massage relaxes the muscles and contributes to better recovery.
For greater comfort, or to begin self-massage with a roller, the range also includes the 100 SOFT massage roller (smooth foam and medium hardness).
How to use foam roller
The roller can be used after sport, allowing you to massage yourself.
You can massage yourself right after your outing, in the evening or even the next day, ideally for around 5 minutes per muscle group.

What are the precautions for use?
Product for adults. The first few times you use a massage roller, you may experience pain or bruising. If the pain is severe and persistent, consult your doctor.
As for the bruises, they are caused by small blood vessels on the surface of the skin. Don't worry, they'll disappear with repeated use.
